We are doing our absolute best to get your deliveries into your home and to your loved ones for time you request. We continue accept Same Day Delivery orders before 11AM from Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). We will also keep our Saturday Delivery option available. We will make best endeavours to meet the delivery within the timescale indicated in our Delivery Information below.

We are working extremely hard to continue deliver happiness through chocolate. Having seen a significant increase in the number of our customers we do promise delivery within the same day, next day or on any available date in the future but will will not be able to guarantee the exact timing of delivery or delivery within a particular time slot. This will allow our team to be best placed to continue to serve our customers well.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and as always, greatly appreciate the loyalty and support as we work through these unprecedented time together.

We always want your items to arrive in perfect condition, which is why we take enormous care in the design of our packaging and devote so much attention to the delivery of your order.

SG - Standard Delivery

Free for orders over $65 or $8 for orders below $65.

Place your order before 5pm and we will deliver it the next working day or any other working day you choose during checking out.

SG - Same Day Delivery

Delivery charge - $8

Cut-off time is 11am of the same day.

SG - Saturday Delivery

Delivery charge - $8

Cut-off time is 5pm of the previous day.

Pre-order Items Delivery

The above delivery rules will not apply to order that contain pre-order items. Please refer to the estimated delivery time of every particular item.

Changes of the Delivery Particulars & Redelivery Policy

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. Please notify us before your chosen time-slot if you or your recipient are unable to receive delivery and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you wish to make any changes to your delivery, please notify us during the working day on the day before your delivery is due.  For the same day deliveries, if you require a last minute change to the delivery time, a $8 redelivery fee will apply.

If our team does not receive prior notification and there is no one to receive your delivery during your chosen time-slot, an additional $8 fee will be charged for rescheduled deliveries.

Should any issues arise with delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you via the telephone number you have provided us with.
