Praline is a luxury of the chocolate world. The process of making praline fine chocolate is complex. This is especially true for praline chocolate sourced for our collection. First carefully selected almonds, hazelnuts or pistachios are roasted before sugar and water are added to create a nougatine, which then is mixed into a smooth delicious liquid. Second, cocoa butter is added and then this luxurious paste is coated with rich bean-to-bar chocolate. And, unlike in mass-produced pralines, chocolate, not sugar or artificial flavours, is the king here.
