First carefully selected almonds, hazelnuts or pistachios are roasted before sugar and water are added to create a nougatine, which then is mixed into a smooth delicious liquid. Second, cocoa butter is added and then this luxurious paste is coated with rich bean-to-bar chocolate. And, unlike in mass-produced pralines, chocolate, not sugar or artificial flavours, is the king here.
