A real white chocolate! This is something unique in Chile: OBOLO uses cocoa butter obtained from pressing organic cocoa beans from the Pangoa cooperative in Peru. This butter maintains many of the oral and fruity notes of cocoa, resulting in a complex and flavorful white chocolate. This chocolate was recognized with a Bronze Medal (2019) at the Academy of Chocolate Awards in London.
