We ship award-winning craft chocolate to addresses across Singapore. Rates and transit times are in the table below.
Shipping Chocolate Into a Tropical Climate
Singapore sits at 30°C and high humidity year-round, which is the hardest delivery environment we ship into. Every parcel travels with double insulation and ice packs as standard, not seasonally.
Even so, the last mile matters more here than anywhere else. Chocolate left in a lobby or at an unattended door in the afternoon will soften. If you can, use a workplace address, or an address where someone is home during the day.
GST and Customs
Goods and Services Tax is assessed on arrival and payable by the recipient. It isn't included in the shipping charge you pay us. Every parcel is declared accurately with full commercial documentation.
If a carrier contacts you for information or payment, respond promptly. Parcels held for unanswered queries are usually returned or destroyed, and we can't recover them.
Where This Started
Hello Chocolate began in Singapore in 2015. The first customers were here, the first suppliers were here, and the reason the range spans twenty countries rather than one is that Singapore is where you learn quickly that good chocolate has no single home.
We ship from Atlantic Canada now, but the curation was built for a Singaporean palate first — makers from Peru, Colombia, Norway, Japan, Hong Kong, chosen bar by bar rather than by country.
Full Shipping Terms
Our pre-order handling, delivery estimates, and damage and melting policy apply to all destinations and are set out on our international delivery page.
