Story
Chocolate awarded for 4 years as one of the best in the world. A simple chocolate bar, but at the same time incredibly complex like most pure single-origin bean-to-bar chocolate bars that became the new standard of luxury in the chocolate industry. This chocolate is made with just two ingredients: organic cocoa beans and organic cane sugar. The cocoa beans that we carefully select come from the Pangoa Cooperative, in the central jungle of Peru. The chocolate that results from them is very aromatic and fruity: it has notes of tropical fruits and spring cherries, with a touch of cinnamon. The aftertaste is long and very pleasant. This chocolate was recognized in the years 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 as the best chocolate in the world, after winning the Gold Medal (2016) and Silver Medal (2017, 2018 and 2019) at the Academy of Chocolate Awards in London.

To ensure the optimal taste experience, it's advisable to store our chocolates in a cool, dry place where the temperature hovers between 16°C and 18°C. Please refrain from refrigerating our chocolates, as this may cause sugar crystallization due to increased humidity, altering their texture and flavor.
On the contrary, if stored in excessively high temperatures, cocoa butter may separate and form a white film on the chocolate's surface. This loss of cocoa butter can lead to the chocolate drying out and, consequently, a potential alteration in flavor.
