Crafted by SLOK, this bar is made with Chuncho cacao, a rare native variety from Peru. The beans used come from Urubamba, one of the world’s oldest and most aromatically rich cacao areas. Chuncho beans are notably small—around two-thirds the size of typical cacao beans—contributing to a fruit expression that is gentle, rounded, and refined rather than sharp.

Flavor Profile
Softly layered and aromatic. Sweetness opens with Hosui pear, followed by mellow yellow fruit reminiscent of yellow stone fruit. A delicate floral note emerges at the finish, adding elegance and lift.

To ensure the optimal taste experience, it's advisable to store our chocolates in a cool, dry place where the temperature hovers between 16°C and 18°C. Please refrain from refrigerating our chocolates, as this may cause sugar crystallization due to increased humidity, altering their texture and flavor.

On the contrary, if stored in excessively high temperatures, cocoa butter may separate and form a white film on the chocolate's surface. This loss of cocoa butter can lead to the chocolate drying out and, consequently, a potential alteration in flavor.
