An exciting tale! A chocolate that dares not to be sweet. It is very close to the very first chocolate, since the Mayans and the Aztecs didn’t sweeten their chocolate either. A pure cocoa flavour. With 70% of cocoa, this milk chocolate is in the same league as high-level dark chocolates and it is completely free of sugar adornments. A lot of cocoa, a lot of milk from the mountain farms of Tyrol and no sugar other than the lactose in the milk. Extremely fine cocoa butter and real vanilla melt across your palate.
Fragrance notes: intensely chocolate-y, notes of milk and cream, mild suggestions of grape. Taste notes: nutty start, lightly salty, nougat waffle aroma, prominent notes of cream, mild fructose (hint of grape), milky finish of waffle.

Please refrain from refrigerating our chocolates, as this may cause sugar crystallization due to increased humidity, altering their texture and flavor.
On the contrary, if stored in excessively high temperatures, cocoa butter may separate and form a white film on the chocolate's surface. This loss of cocoa butter can lead to the chocolate drying out and, consequently, a potential alteration in flavor.
