This 100% fine flavour couverture is the perfect ingredient for your creative ideas. It packs a ton of cocoa powder and can be combined with milk, sugar, Stevia, Xylitol, honey or other sweeteners.
It comes in the shape of small light bulbs (cut in half). It's perfect for baking, making bonbons, chocolate tempering or even just as a snack.
It was presented with the Academy of Chocolate Award Silver 2016 and reached a top score of 91,90 points in the most prestigious international chocolate test, Chocolate - The Reference Standard.
