Origin & Craft
This white bean-to-bar chocolate is crafted using cocoa butter as a base and combined with oyster mushrooms, chosen for their beneficial properties and umami character. A small amount of high-quality organic orange essential oil is added to bring freshness and aromatic lift.
The chocolate is made from high-quality organic cacao beans of the ancient Criollo variety and the Trinitario hybrid variety, grown on a family farm in Colombia. It is sweetened with coconut sugar.
The oyster mushrooms used in this bar are grown in the Czech Republic. The creation of this chocolate was supported by the ZEŠ program (project QK1910209) following a call from VSCHT and CZU.
This bar has received multiple European and world awards, including Great Taste and Chocolate Awards recognition.

Im Gegenteil: Bei zu hohen Temperaturen kann sich die Kakaobutter trennen und einen weißen Film auf der Oberfläche der Schokolade bilden. Dieser Verlust an Kakaobutter kann dazu führen, dass die Schokolade austrocknet und sich infolgedessen der Geschmack verändert.
