Pacari takes its' traditional dark chocolate and infuses it with an aromatic herb, known as Rica Rica, this herb could not have a more accurate name. Endemic to the Atacama desert, this plant has a delicate and exotic aroma and flavour.

This Pacari Dark Chocolate is a deliciously complex delight. Featuring 60% cocoa, its intense flavour is perfectly balanced with nuances of sweetness. Enjoy a smooth, creamy texture with every bite. Perfect for special occasions or everyday indulgence.

Pacari works with over 4000 families of small-scale farmers in certified organic farms. They put pride and value in working with our farmers on a direct trade base and pay farmers higher fair prices (double the stock market). Paccari has boosted the rural economy of their allied farmers and their communities. By keeping the work and focus on the farmers and the importance of their part in the value chain, they maintain all of the organic and natural processes from tree to bar. As a result, they are proud holders of various certificates including the word fair-trade, BIO, USDA organic, biodynamic, kosher as well as vegan and gluten-free.

Our chocolate makers proudly refrain from using any artificial stabilizers or preservatives in their products, making their creations more temperature-sensitive compared to other premium chocolates.

To ensure the optimal taste experience, it's advisable to store our chocolates in a cool, dry place where the temperature hovers between 16°C and 18°C. Please refrain from refrigerating our chocolates, as this may cause sugar crystallization due to increased humidity, altering their texture and flavor.

On the contrary, if stored in excessively high temperatures, cocoa butter may separate and form a white film on the chocolate's surface. This loss of cocoa butter can lead to the chocolate drying out and, consequently, a potential alteration in flavor. Your mindful storage practices will help preserve the integrity of our delectable chocolates.
