This bar from Chocolate & Love is made using organic, Fairtrade cacao from cooperatives in Peru, the Dominican Republic, Panama and Madagascar. The orange-extract flavour is derived from cold-pressed oil of ripe orange peel, giving a natural citrus lift without inserting artificial flavouring.
