Prophecy Chocolate is guided by an ancient vision: the Eagle–Condor Prophecy, a teaching shared across Indigenous cultures of the Americas that speaks of restoring balance between mind and heart, intellect and intuition, North and South.

Founded by Mateo—an organic farmer, cacao grower, and chocolate maker whose path has taken him deep into Peru and across South America—Prophecy Chocolate is rooted in lived experience at origin. Mateo learned to cultivate and process cacao directly from generations of campesino farmers, and first made chocolate using traditional methods in the remote “Eyebrow of the Jungle” region of Peru. These ancestral practices are carried forward today, refined with European-style chocolate craftsmanship and a deep respect for the land and its people.
