Hello Chocolate in The maritime Edit
Dmytro Minkov

This one means a lot to us. The Maritime Editthe magazine of luxury living in Atlantic Canada, and a regular voice on Monocle Radio — ran a feature on Hello Chocolate, written by its editor-in-chief James Mullinger. It traces the whole improbable route: a Ukrainian family starting a craft chocolate business in Singapore in 2015, and ten years later running it from a small town on the Bay of Fundy, still doing the one thing we set out to do — find the best chocolate in the world and send it to people who care.

We're sharing the feature here in full. Our thanks to James and the team for telling it so well.
