Thick salted potato chips embedded in organic 51% dark milk. Sweet, savoury, seriously crunchy.

Above-the-fold callout
You can feel the chips through the box before you've even opened it. Peel back the gold foil and there they are: thick, salted, non-GMO potato chips embedded whole in BOHO's creamy 51% organic dark milk chocolate. It sounds like a dare and eats like a revelation — the salt and crunch of the chips playing off the smooth, cocoa-rich milk in a way that's genuinely, ridiculously good. An Academy of Chocolate award winner, and one of the most talked-about bars we carry.

Origin & Craftsmanship
BOHO's cleverness here is restraint: rather than crushing the chips into dust, they embed them thick and whole so the crunch survives the bite and the sea salt sparks against the sweetness. The base is their acclaimed 51% dark milk — stone-ground from scratch to a velvety texture, with enough cocoa depth to hold its own against the salt — built on the same organic, directly traded, above-commodity-price cacao as the rest of the range. Playful on the surface, properly made underneath.

Flavor Profile
Pure sweet-and-savoury theatre. The creamy milk chocolate lands first, then the salt arrives in little sparks, and the chips give a delicate, real crunch through every bite. Rich, salty, sweet and texturally alive — the kind of bar people open sceptically and finish in one sitting. Reviewers keep using the same word: fun.

Award & Recognition
Independently recognised: BOHO's Milk with Potato Chips is an Academy of Chocolate Awards winner, and it's built on their International Chocolate Awards Gold–winning 51% milk base — serious craft behind a bar that doesn't take itself too seriously.

Tasting & Pairing Guide
This one doesn't need ceremony — it's a share-with-friends, watch-their-faces bar. That said, the salt-and-sweet plays beautifully against a cold beer or a dry sparkling wine, and it's a natural with a strong black coffee if you want the bitterness to balance the salt. Serve it slightly cool so the chips stay crisp, and expect to explain where you found it.

Summary
The Milk with Potato Chips 51% is BOHO's showstopper: thick salted potato chips embedded in a stone-ground, award-winning organic dark milk, sweet and savoury and crunchy all at once. An Academy of Chocolate winner that started as a novelty and earned its place on merit. The single best bar in the range for converting a sceptic — or winning a gift exchange.

The BOHO Chocolate brand exudes a bohemian-inspired aesthetic in its packaging, marketing, and design, echoing their commitment to simplicity, creativity, and individuality.

The Beginning...

The BOHO Chocolate journey commenced with founder Charles Burke, who began his chocolate venture by selling chocolates and confections from a small New England shop over twenty-five years ago. Driven by a deep desire to craft his own chocolate, Charles was captivated by the bean-to-bar manufacturing process. With no prior experience, he embarked on an adventure, booking a flight to South America with a friend. There, they joined forces with TAZA Chocolate and visited farmers, cooperatives, and local chocolate makers, leading to his love affair with chocolate making and the birth of BOHO Chocolate.

Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and strong odors. Store at maximum
18 ° C in its original packaging

Our chocolate makers proudly refrain from using any artificial stabilizers or preservatives in their products, making their creations more temperature-sensitive compared to other premium chocolates.

To ensure the optimal taste experience, it's advisable to store our chocolates in a cool, dry place where the temperature hovers between 16°C and 18°C. Please refrain from refrigerating our chocolates, as this may cause sugar crystallization due to increased humidity, altering their texture and flavor.

On the contrary, if stored in excessively high temperatures, cocoa butter may separate and form a white film on the chocolate's surface. This loss of cocoa butter can lead to the chocolate drying out and, consequently, a potential alteration in flavor. Your mindful storage practices will help preserve the integrity of our delectable chocolates.
