To protect your chocolate during warm seasons:

  • We use insulated packaging with ice packs.
  • We recommend to use Express delivery option whenever possible. 
  • Prefer business address delivery for better temperature control.
  • We ship Monday-Thursday to minimize transit time.

Standard Delivery times to select Canadian cities:

  • 2 business days: New Brunswick (any city), Ontario (Toronto, Ottawa, Burlington, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Kingston), Quebec (Montreal, Quebec City), Nova Scotia (Halifax). 
  • 3 business days: Newfoundland (St. John's). 
  • 4 business days: Ontario (Thunder Bay), Manitoba (Winnipeg).
  • 5 business days: Alberta (Calgary, Edmonton, Blairmore).
  • 6 business days: British Colombia (Vancouver, Victoria, Delta, Port Moody, Richmond).

For orders containing both in-stock and pre-ordered items:

  • All items in the order will be shipped together once all pre-ordered items become available.
  • The entire order will be held until all items are in stock to avoid multiple shipping charges.
  • Estimated shipping dates for pre-ordered items are provided on the product page and in your order confirmation.
  • You will be notified via email when your complete order ships.

If you need in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-ordered items.

We offer FREE delivery within 3 business days for orders over $80 CAD.

We charge $11 CAD for Standard delivery from 3 to 7 business days for orders below $80 CAD. We offer Free Standard delivery for order over 80$ CAD.

We also provide Express delivery around Canada within 2-3 business days for $29 CAD.

If your order is received before 2 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), rest assured that your chocolates will be dispatched on the very same day.

Orders containing items marked "Pre-ordered item" on the product page and/or cart cannot be expedited. 

Delivery windows are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier volume. We do not make delivery guarantees for standard or expedited shipments. Shipping rates and promotions are subject to change during peak holiday seasons.

Note - items designated as "Pre-order items" will always ship after they available at our warehouse with other items in the order.
