Pacari Chocolate was founded by Santiago Peralta with one ambitions goal - to produce first premium chocolate from Ecuador that would be famous around the world. After several years it became obvious that Ecuador can not only grow great beans, but can also produce great chocolate. Traditionally Pacari became famous for producing high-quality raw chocolate but this particular bar was made from roasted cacao beans from Peru.
This outstanding chocolate contains a lot of green and earthy flavours of Pacari raw chocolate, but it also have some amazing floral flavours as well. It's perfectly distributed flavours won a lot of international recognition and chocolate awards.
