Story

Single-origin, bean-to-bar dark milk chocolate bar. Parrots eye you from both sides of the bar while a wolf watches in the middle. A moderately-light brown rectangle emblazoned with the same wolf waits inside. The packaging is beautiful, as always. The natural flavours of the Nicaraguan cocoa are used in perfect harmony with cocoa butter and milk in this bar to create a chocolate that is expertly balanced and deliciously indulgent. The cacao used for this bad is the famous O'Payo -organic single region cacao from a certified co-op near the Bosawas Natural Reserve in the northern mountains of Nicaragua.

Flavour - sweet, salty caramel with fatty undertones.
Tasting notes -good melt and a strong snap; sweet, fatty like melted butter, and then a cooked caramel with fine-grained melt. The finish is long, and that’s where the cocoa flavor finally comes in; it reminds of sour milk if you let it sit for too long.
