75% Guatemala: a rare cocoa variety from Guatemala with a high Criollo bean content, turned – bean-to-bar – into a sublime, intensely dark single origin chocolate with a 75% cocoa content.
72% Peru Chuncho: Chuncho is a rare cocoa variety from Peru, a cacao blanco created with white beans grown in the local highlands and producing a very fruity aroma. This is turned – also bean-to-bar of course – into a second dark single origin chocolate with a 72% cocoa content and aromatic flavour nuances from citrus and banana to rose and mango.
