With a classic but very sophisticated taste, the La Dalia bar is an approachable, well-made piece that offers proper style without ever being pretentious. This bar is made with beans from ten growers from La Dalia region in Nicaragua. They grow a mix of cacao varieties from known and unknown old heritage trees in their orchards. They refuse to sort them by type but this mix is the best for proper fermentation. This is one of the best bars we ever tasted.
