A timeless classic with a sugar substitute: Zotter used a Portugese Reserve Ruby Port by Romariz with an extremely fruit flavor, matured in oak barrels, let it flow into a very creamy, dark port ganache and added some bits of figs marinated in port. It's covered in dark chocolate, which is sweetened with maple sugar.
