Eco-friendly chocolate—is there even such a thing? More stuff inevitably means more palm oil and chemicals, plus more damage for the environment. With that said, though, Zotter has responded to the call for more ethical, transparent processes by leaving a smaller carbon footprint. Despite being white chocolate that is associated more with sugar than cocoa, this bar is made with minimum ingredients and natural dried strawberries.
