Wrapping not included?

Hi, the recipient received the gift without any wrapping, its just in a paper bag. I would like to know why

Thanks a lot for your feedback and we are very sorry that this misunderstanding happened. The description of the Baking Set never mentioned any wrapping because the set is quite big to fit any. Our idea was to provide the recipient with more great chocolate to bake but now we can see that it is something that doesn't meet senders' expectation. We're working on changing the format of the set right now and will be able to release a new set that includes gift wrapping shortly. Thanks again for your feedback.

Can be improved

(1) I didn't see the message box at checkout so I had to email in to include my message (2) Customer service by email was very slow to respond so I had to call. (3) When I called the customer service, I had to call a few times at different timings before I finally got someone on the phone (4) The instructions on the website is not clear. I'm not sure when my package will arrive as I cannot choose delivery date and time. Pls upgrade your website system. (5) The items packed were okay but I thought 2 large packets of nibs were too much. (6) You can have better description of items or pop up photos of individual items that I can zoom in and out to have a closer look (7) You can have a web assistant to advise how to choose the chocolates. You have a lot of variety! (8) Overall I will buy again.
