We are falling in llve with original beans. Each bar has a unique taste as it comes from very rare cocoa varieties, each bar supports the planting of a tree and the protection of indigenous families. And the taste, especially of these darker varieties, is sublime.

Not bitter for a high percentage bar
At 82% cacao, this bar is not bitter at all. Taste wise, it doesn't appeal to me quite as much, but it's good dark chocolate nevertheless.
